Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Cozy guest house separated from the main house with private entrance and outdoor terrace. Located in walking distance to the beach (5 min), restaurants (5 min), groceries (5 min), Waves shopping center (20 min) and train station (20 min). Copenhagen is only 20-25 min away by train. Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140x200), a sofabed is available in the living room, bathroom with heated floor, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, free wifi & smart TV .

Annex close to forest, beach, Kbh

The annex contains: 1 small bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 1 living room with 1 large sofa, where 1-2 people can sleep. 1 small kitchenette with refrigerator, 2 hotplates and microwave. 1 very small toilet with shower. The annex needs to be repaired, so it doesn't look great, but it works, and we think it's nice to be out there. Our garden is "wild on purpose", but we haven't quite "tamed" it yet. (so it seems a little messy) We live in the house next door.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful 140 m2 home in a quiet neighborhood. Approximately 25 km from Copenhagen. Close to shopping, a beautiful beach and good eateries on Greve Strandvej. Large terrace with barbecue and awning for free use. Up to two families with children can stay in the house. Furnished with a bed under the stairs, a regular bedroom, two children's rooms and a gray sofa bed on the 1st floor. All in all, a nice townhouse

Private annex close to beach and city

Simpel og praktisk bolig til en fornuftig pris. Anneks i tilknytning til huset, men med egen indgang. 10 minutters gåtur til stranden og nærmeste S-tog, og 22 minutter med tog til København. Et værelse med sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud) og fjernsyn og et med tekøkken, spisebord og lille sovesofa (160 cm bred slået ud). Lille toilet/badeværelse med hånd bruser tilsluttet vasken og afløb i gulvet. Se billede.

Super centrally located apartment in Copenhagen close to metro (airport), national stadium (Parken) and easy access to the highways. Suitable for 1-2 people (3. is possible) with easy access to front door. Nearby grocery shopping, large central parks, 3 min's from the main highway, and close to the national hospital - Rigshospitalet.
