Christopher’s place was fantastic. Clean and close to all the local places we wanted to travel to. Proximity to the pool is great as well!

This is such a beautiful apartment building. It’s super clean and modern, and definitely comfortable. I loved my room and stayed here for 4 nights. During my stay I made most of the apartment amenities and bars and restaurants; all within a 10-15min Uber ride away. Shout out to Ryan from the reception desk who’s a lovely bloke – really appreciated his hospitality and friendly vibes. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again. I’d recommend to anyone staying here if they want comfort and convenience. My only slight negative is the road noise from the highway, even at a high floor level it’s still noticeable in the early hours. But then again, I am a light sleeper.

Honestly, I don't know where to begin. The apartment became a home away from home. I did not want to leave. It was convenient to everything. I walked the Riverwalk right behind the apartment every single day, strolling both away from town and right into downtown. I also used the gym and loved walking the community during my stay. The neighbors are incredibly quiet as well! I went to all the local attractions. By the end of my stay, I was ready to live there permanently. I have never stayed in a more convenience place! Add all of that to the fact you have a full kitchen with everything you need and a washing machine/dryer and you have a true home. On a personal note, the host is stellar and could teach classes on how to effectively and kindly communicate with guests. I could not have asked for more. If you are a looking for a fantastic place in San Antonio that is worth every single penny you will pay that allows you to easily experience the entire town, your search is over.

Easy walk to The Riverwalk, access to major highways is close by. Easily accommodated our party of 6, without feeling crowded

This Airbnb was incredible! The view of the Austin skyline from the living room absolutely lived up to the hype, sunsets and city lights felt like a postcard. The space was clean, stylish, and the amenities were just what we needed to relax between BBQ and adventures. Only recommendation? A bit more flexibility with check-in. A small crowd of tired travelers gathered like it was the VIP line to a concert, eager to settle in, but with nowhere to go until the clock struck 4:00 PM. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for great location, skyline vibes, and access to all the cool stuff Austin has to offer.

Our stay at Michael’s apartment was FANTASTIC! The building is very secure, VERY clean, VERY well stocked! This apartment is very modern but not over the top. The furniture is all very comfortable and my wife and I loved everything! We will stay here again when we come to San Antonio to visit family in the future! Michael is a great host, he responds to questions really quickly and was always very helpful and polite!

We had a great time staying in this apartment. We had a beautiful view of the lake and the rooftop pool was wonderful. The coffee shop in the lobby was also nice and convenient to have.

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

Great views from the unit and the pool. If I ever have a chance to visit Austin again, this would be the go-to place for stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The location was amazing and the host was always responsive. We had very clear instructions and everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others!

cute place and a great location to the lake and walkable to the event I attended for the week. Plan ahead for valet if you have plans, they can get quite backed up to get your car. Loved to be able to use peloton and gym. Pool is not a swimming pool, more of an adult kiddie pool but nice to soak tired feet and lay in the sun. The noise didn't bother me, the sound machine worked great, beautiful view. Thank you.

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. It’s so much bigger. Ayanna is a great host. Always there to answer any question or provide assistance. The location of the apartment is amazing too. Literally steps away from Rainey Street. Lady Bird Lake is also right there. The overall experience exceeded expectations. The apartment was perfect in every way. The gym was fully equipped and the pool on the roof was the perfect way to spend a few hours soaking up the sun after a day exploring the city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be back

Great value in an excellent location. Check in was a bit tricky. Complex is like a maze but the screenshots provided during checkin with directions was helpful. We did get lost leaving the unit a couple times but after some time you get acclimated to the area. Never used our vehicle as there was tons to do in walking distance of the unit.

This place was great! Great location, easy access to all the Austin spots. The roof top pool was great! I would suggest bringing a large pool towel or Turkish blanket as the chairs up there are a little dirty, which has nothing to do with the host. Outside that I would book this location again.

The only thing I would add is they need a TV in the 3rd bedroom and updated pictures. The bunkbeds have been replaced with two double beds. The kids ended up sleeping with Mimi in the master so pop p ending up on the couch where the TV was. The oldest slept in a chair in the other room with a TV. No complaints from the kids or me (mimi), I love my babies so I was good with all four babies in my bed. That's what a vacation is all about.

Solid Airbnb, had 15 of my friends for my bachelor trip and we all thought the space was super nice. One of the most well stocked airbnbs I’ve stayed at! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid airbnb for a lot of people!

Second stay at Derrick’s home. Very spacious and felt right at home. Be cognizant of the traffic during the week, but access to groceries and other stores are pretty easy to get to. The gym is always an added bonus!!!

This place was perfect for us! We had enough room to spread out, loved the arcade cabinets, and we enjoyed the back yard putt-putt and small pool. Very modern home with clean lines and lots of things available for us to enjoy. My kids are older, but the convenience of a portable crib and eating chair already there is so thoughtful and takes the stress out of logistics. My kids loved the coloring books and card games, and were big fans of the big bunk bed. Our host was very proactive and friendly, and we had every thing we needed to feel right at home. I would definitely utilize this place again when I'm back in town.

We had an amazing stay, we absolutely love Texas and the area of this residence was AMAZING

Great communication and stay. Everything was clean and the A/C was able to keep up with the Texas heat. The pool was a huge draw for us and the home was very comfortable. The location is also ideal with easy access to 281 and 410. Quite cul-de-sac neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Was a beautiful home with great extras. Quiet street, some sidewalks were not well maintained which was expected. It is best to drive or Uber/Lyft to get downtown. We used the Houston Street parking garage, it was conveniently located to the riverwalk, one flat rate, and owned by the parking authority. House location is convient to activities and for BMT graduates. I would definately recommend and stay agian.

We had a great time at Basilio’s place! My teenage son loved the pool and arcade games, and foosball table. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy our time. A great house for a family getaway!
