This cabin has a great starting point for hiking along the mountain side. It is located 900 meters above sea level. Go straight out in mountain paths or unique ski slopes. Or just enjoy the patio or in front of the fireplace. It is 250 meters until you are on mountain trails, and 100 meters to the ski slope. To shop in the summer it is 1.8 km, and 3.4 km in the winter. The cabin has fantastic views and sun all day with a magnificent sunset. There is also a separate ski storage for those who want to wear skis. There are 8 beds and a baby bed.

Description Spacious cabin with loft. Here there is the possibility to go straight out for miles of cross country tracks, stand on alpine skiing, or use the cabin as the perfect starting point for mountain hiking in Jotunheimen. Walking distance Lemonsjøen mountain lodge and the cafe bar Kalven seats. Here there is space for 2 families Rented to adult responsible people. No smoking or pets allowed. By agreement, a boat on a trailer can, and canoe is lent to the tenant. The area is an eldorado for fishing in the mountains.

The cabin is about 10 minutes away from Norway's largest ski destination which is Sjusjøen, where there are miles of ski slopes and ski resorts. Lillehammer city centre about 15 min drive, you will visit Jorekstad Recreational Bath, Hafjell alpine facilities, Hunderfossen or Lilleputthammer it is about 30 min drive there.

Welcome to our modern cabin in Birkebeinerbakken at Sjusjøen. With three bedrooms on the first floor and a large loft with daybeds and mattresses, the cottage is large enough for 10 people. The ski slopes are 50 meters from the door, and Birkebeinerløypa is 2 minutes away. See photos for details - don't hesitate to reach out if you're interested or have questions. Not rented out to tenant during 25 years. There are allergies in the family, so unfortunately pets are not allowed.
