Welcome to a private and pet-friendly mountain cabin, 980 MASL, just one kilometer from the national park boundary. Here, you are surrounded by powerful landscapes. The cabin does not have running water. Stream water is available before frost. There is no indoor toilet, but there is an outdoor toilet in the outbuilding. From the cabin, there are trails and ski tracks leading into the mountains. In winter you must ski or arrange for a snowmobile for the last three kilometers up to the cabin.

The Tyintoppen guesthouse is a unique retreat with perhaps the best views on Tyin. On clear days you get panoramic views of much of Jotunheimen – a sight that really takes your breath away. There are five buildings on the farm dating from the 1800s. Sauefjøset was renovated in 2023 for rental. There are two double beds (150cm) - one down and one up on the meadow. Bei uns findest du neben Sauna, Hot tub und freistehender Badewanne alles, was dein Herz begehrt! Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Shampoo und Duschgel sind ebenfalls inklusive. Nur das verbrauchte Holz sollte am Ende des Urlaubs wieder aufgefüllt werden.
