My apartment has two separate bedrooms each with a double bed. The living area with open kitchen has a large dining table, a leather couch and a TV corner. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and washing machine. In the library you will find exciting reading. You rent the entire apartment for you. The house is located between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden section. A direct shore access to the Havel is available and water sports or fishing is possible.

This apartment is located in the beautiful Weberviertel in Potsdam. Quiet on a small side street, centrally located. Within walking distance you can reach the S-Bahn, bus and tram and the Park Babelsberg. The apartment is ideal for families, smaller groups and business travelers. It can be rented both for a short time and longer term. Free parking is available in front of the house. The price is still 7.5% city tax (pay cash or bank transfer via Airbnb).
