Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in the center of Køge. Walk distance to shopping and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. But in the other part of the house, we live a family consisting of mother, father and two boys, ages 4 and 5, as well as two curious dogs and a cat. One bedroom and possible possibility of bedding for smaller children. Free parking with plenty of space in front of the house. Please let me know if there are any questions.

Named Denmark's Lovely Summerhouse 2014

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

The guest house is in the original stable building, which, after a thorough renovation, has achieved an amazing transformation. Visible beams and idyllic barn windows, preserving the authentic expression of a previous act as a broom. In the 78 m2, there is both a cozy sleeping section with double bed/B: 180 cm, as well as open kitchen-living room environment, as well as a modern bathroom with shower.

The house is situated close to the beach, center and the forrest. Køge is an old borrough with a markedplace, museums, marina, restaurants etc. Its an ancient, cosy town to visit.
