Two rooms with double bed and one room with bunk bed, as well as an annex with sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a pellet stove and heat pump. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Cozy and family-friendly cottage on scenic grounds with a 10-minute walk to Denmark's best dune beach. 10 minutes may sound like a lot, but you only have to walk for 3, then you are at Korevlerne with a view of the heather, the dunes and the sea's roar for the last 7 minutes. In the house, there is everything you need to be able to lean back, enjoy the silence, nature and (maybe (hopefully)) each other. P.S. If you feel like streaming, it usually works fine via the mobile coverage.

The house is only 1.2 km in walking distance from the most beautiful sandy beach. There is ONLY outdoor shower - which can only be used if there is no frost! Outside is a covered and furnished terrace where coffee can be enjoyed sheltered. The cottage is located 11 km from cozy Nykøbing Sjælland. Wifi will be coming in March!
