Also nice views from the living room and the large barbecue area. There is a large parking lot and a detached grass track, where there is the possibility for a lot of activities. The house is installed with ventilation systems. The hot tub is equipped with a large heater. On the lower floor there is table tennis, extra kitchen, projector 100" with TV connected programs.

The wood stove invites you to enjoy the dark winter evenings with crackling and good music from one of the two systems that provide fantastic sound to the living room. Outside, there are fantastic surroundings in the summer, where the garden invites you to have outdoor food on the grill or over the fireplace. Later in the evening, the sunset or the starry sky at night is indescribably beautiful.

Very centrally-located place. Grocery shopping is also with in walking distance plus there are 3 small pizza restaurants and a local pub. Trains & Buses to Copenhagen and the North coast are only a 5 min walk away. District towns, such as Gilleleje with a beach and a harbour with a cozy atmosphere. Larger towns such as Hillerød and Helsingør both with historical castles and shopping . If you would like a nice day trip it is possible to take the ferry from Helsingør to Helsingborg in Sweden.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).
