It is located in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage Site, where you can intensively enjoy the peace and beauty of the Wadden area. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to 5 people. Beautiful atmospheric thatched 8-person holiday home with air conditioning throughout, a nice fireplace, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with sauna and bubble bath. There is a lovely spacious enclosed garden with lounge set, sun loungers, garden furniture and bbq. There is a lovely play lawn for the children, and there are many bunnies walking around. Experience Ameland at its best. Our house and the entire interior were completely renovated in November 2021. The house is a semi-detached house.

The Landscape

With a magnificent view over the countryside in the characteristic landscape of the Frisian Forest, it is wonderful to unwind. Even from your bed enjoying the great views and a beautiful sunrise. Who knows, you might spot the deer, cows, birds and hares in the meadow. Enjoy the alpacas in the yard. The Landzicht is a nice starting point to explore the surroundings. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Guesthouse-Tiny house Middelsea

At the border between Leeuwarden and the village of Goutum, the accommodation is located in our spacious backyard with plenty of privacy. The cycling distance (2 bikes and tandem available) to the center of the city is less than 10 minutes. On the west side, a terrace of about 16 m2 is equipped with furniture where you can enjoy the last rays of the sun until late evening. The location is located on open water, you can fish and swim in summer and use the canoe and an electric rental sloop.

Come enjoy the nature here on the east side of the island, as the name of the apartment already says "Nijlansrèd". Together with your partner or with the children, it is both possible.
