A small charming guest house (30 sqm) located on a natural plot separated from the main house is rented out for longer and shorter periods. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm), if there are more of you, there is an extra bed that works well for a child. Kitchenette (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simple meals. One bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping area and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is available about 500 meters away from the house.

We rent out our cozy apartment, which is a separate part of our house with its own entrance. Only 50 meters to the shoreline. The apartment is 45 sqm and adjacent to it there is a patio of another 50 sqm with ping pong table. Large garden with both evening and morning sun and access to a large child-friendly pool of 40 sqm. In the kitchen, there is everything you need. Parking. Nature offers proximity to nice forests and seas and only a 10-minute walk to the beach restaurant and Höllvikens tennis club.

The cottage is well secluded, in our garden, in a quiet, leafy-green area. 5 minutes from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 minutes from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Rent from Saturday-Saturday during summer. Bring own sheets and towels, but if you want to travel light it's possible to rent for 120 sek/person. You’ll love my place because of its coziness and location. Built in 1920 and extended in the 60th's on a big sunny lot, close to one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
