Modern semi-detached house decorated in boutique style, landscaped garden, temperate saltwater pool with nearby sauna for relaxing and swimming under the pool roof both in the evening or when it rains. Enjoy relaxing in beautiful surroundings with pine trees and sea breezes, barbecue or enjoy good food in nearby restaurants and pleasant evening walks along the beach.

Spacious apartment - next to nature, beach & golf

Relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the open space area with fully equipped kitchen, comfy living-room, bedroom and 2 spacious balconies. The bedroom is on the top floor with 12 sqm terrace and tree-top view. Perfect for long sleep-in and breakfast in bed. Also a quiet corner with a comfortable chair. Three closets and an extra storage under the stairs for luggage or golf-bags. Walking distance to nearby convenient store, restaurants, bus-stop, golf club and beach.

The Lindholm Garden House

The main house was built in 1935 in the funkis style, a modernistic architecture and interior decoration style and still has a lot of its original charm. The garden house is situated in a shared garden with us but we live in a separate house. The area Arlöv/Burlöv is quiet and peaceful, but still very close to both Malmö and Lund. You can take both bus and train to Malmö and Lund in less than 10 minutes or a direct train to Copenhagen in less than 30 min.

Möllehuset

Välkomna till vårt gästhus i vacker miljö på landet bara 15 min utanför Malmö centrum. Fridfullt men nära stad, skog, stränder och många av Skånes sevärdheter. Huset är ca 25 m2, nybyggt och modernt. Välutrustat med kök/matrum, badrum, sovrum och sovloft. I anslutning har vi byggt ett orangeri där du kan njuta måltider eller bara koppla av. Vi har en 4x8 m uppvärmd pool som du är välkommen att nyttja. Välkommen!

210 m2 newly built functional house in a quiet residential area between the city center and the airport. With a pool and heated spa. You will stay in our family villa, where we live with our older children. We rent out the house when it fits into the family's vacation plans.

Lägenhet med fräscht badrum. Unikt läge nära Ljungskogens sandstrand. Kylskåp och kokplatta finns. Dock inget riktigt kök.
