Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Here is an enchanting peace-you only hear the bird choir (and a neighbor in between). It is 300 meters to a nice little beach by the Isefjord. The water is low far out and very child friendly. A small forest is also within walking distance. Small, peaceful dogs are welcome. The plot is fenced with 60 cm fence facing the bush and 80 cm where it is more open.

The living room overlooks the large, secluded garden where you can relax on the terrace and in the hammock. The house contains living and dining room, kitchen, one bedroom, and bathroom with shower. There is a double bed and a sofa bed that sleeps two. The car is easily parked in the carport. If you are looking for nature and tranquility 45 minutes from Copenhagen, then this is the place for you.

But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Next to the house is the main house where sometimes there can be someone. The house is nice with a nice kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from lovely sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, sup, firepit, bikes and fishing poles. New VILDMARKSBAD and ICE BATH are for a fee.
