Charming cottage on natural grounds

Cozy, simple cottage on a nature plot and walking distance to the water. The summerhouse is close to Copenhagen and it is possible to take the train and bus almost right to the door. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. The house is furnished with a large kitchen-living room, living room with wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a bunk bed and a single bed as well as a spacious bathroom. Outside is a large lovely terrace with sun all day as well as a large tree with space for the hammock.

Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the canopy of the North Forest and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue you can really relax, recharge, and enjoy nature on the highest levels. Minutes from forest, beach, and close to shopping. We have designed our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 are welcome. The house is built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric car and hybrid car

Self-contained cute holiday apartment

Cozy little apartment (annex) with its own entrance and exit to garden with barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box- mattresses, which serve as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combi living room/kitchen, hallway and small bathroom with walk-in shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with beach access from the landowner's beach grounds. Note: due to dog allergy no pets. Sorry.

The wooden house in Vikingeland

(+ use = DKK 3.50 per kWh) The summerhouse is located in a valley at the end of a side road and is withdrawn from the road. On the terrace there is a barbecue option and in the garden a fire pit. It is 200 meters from the cottage overlooking the Isefjord. Dining benches are set up by the water with fjord views and should you want to take a dip, a bathing jetty is set up by the beach in the summer. The cottage is located 10 minutes to the nearest shopping and 45 minutes by car to Copenhagen.

The garden house is brand new and build by myself, a carpenter and boat builder with love and care for the details. I'm thrilled to create the perfect frame for your stay!

Relax in this unique and tranquil home in a forest-like setting with rich birds and insect life. The garden is part of a butterfly project, and is planted thereafter. There is a small bog hole in the backyard that attracts birds and insects where you can enjoy the tranquility and nature. 3 minutes walk to a child-friendly sandy beach and 15 minutes to Nordskoven. Water, electricity and wood pellets for pellet stove are paid separately and according to consumption.

Our lovely summerhouse from 1972 is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a colorful mix of the 1970s and modern living. During summertime you can use our terrasses, trampoline, bonfire etc in our big and private garden. If you are lucky you can watch deer ,squirrels, pheasants and sometimes even owls.
