The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Keramikhuset

Kermikhuset is located 30 km south of Copenhagen, 500 m to beach/forest and 1.9 km to train station. The home is a self-contained apartment of 60 m2 on the first floor, with a lovely secluded south facing roof terrace. The home consists of kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with linens, the one with double bed and wardrobes and the other slightly smaller with 2 single beds with shared footing ideal for children, or for those who want to wicker toes. Ideal for a romantic getaway or for the young family.

Cottage close to beach and city

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. The house is an old wooden house we have refurbished, so do not expect a state-of-the-art and streamlined type house. But if you're into an old, charming house with all the amenities - and a fantastic location - this is just the thing for you! The property is fully equipped and electricity, water and heating as well as internet and TV package are included in the price.

The house is located almost directly to the water, on a dead end road without steep slopes. Better location is hard to find. The summerhouse was built 15 years ago, and has 3 lovely bedrooms overlooking the ocean, a lovely kitchen-living room, also overlooking the ocean. A large bathroom, an extra toilet, and an outdoor shower. The house also houses a brewer's and a spacious courtyard, where you can sit in shelter during the windy days. It's a place to enjoy life and completely relax.

Cozy and spacious summer cottage at Kobæk Strand

Our cottage is for cozy, relaxing family and friend trips. There are 3 good double beds in 3 rooms. There is a loft with room for slightly larger children, nice mattresses. A very user-friendly house, simple and nice. There is a good internet connection and good board games in the house. We have opted out for the sake of coziness. The beach is 500 meters away. There is a good restaurant and ice cream kiosk right on the beach.
