Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in the center of Køge. Walk distance to shopping and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live a family consisting of mother, father and two boys, ages 6 and 7, as well as two curious dogs and a cat. One bedroom and possible possibility of bedding for smaller children. Free parking with plenty of space in front of the house. Please let me know if there are any questions.

Kermikhuset is located 30 km south of Copenhagen, 500 m to beach/forest and 1.9 km to train station. The home is a self-contained apartment of 60 m2 on the first floor, with a lovely secluded south facing roof terrace. The home consists of kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with linens, the one with double bed and wardrobes and the other slightly smaller with 2 single beds with shared footing ideal for children, or for those who want to wicker toes. Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you will be at City Hall Square/Tivoli. By car it is only 5 min to Bella Center and only 10 min to the airport. Both ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment into the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.
