The home is a guest house to the main house where the host lives. The home is close to many shops, and about 1.5 km from the beach. The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

The newly renovated apartment features two large bedrooms with a king and queen size bed. Keep in mind that the apartment is located directly in the centrum of Copenhagen which means that it is lively at night, especially in the weekends. The double pane windows help a lot but it can still get noisy at times.
