It can fit up to six guests, with a queen sized bed, two single beds placed upstairs and a sleeping couch available downstairs. Clean towels and bed sheets are included in the price and will be ready on the beds at your arrival. If you come with an infant we offer a crib, changing pillow, kids chair and toys without any extra cost. Just inform us prior to your stay. You will find games, cards, puzzle and dices available. There is free parking at the street and we offer charging of your electric car at an extra cost to be paid at the end of your stay.

This unique home offers panoramic views of Køge Bay, with views of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking can be done both upstairs and downstairs in relation to the property.

The house is on 2 floors, newer kitchen, bathroom, dining area and a large room upstairs with sofa set, 2 single and a double bed. There is an exit to the terrace overlooking horse pastures and the forest in the background. There is a private entrance and access to cozy patio with spa. There are 1 km to Herfølge station which has fast trains to Køge and Copenhagen. 4.5 km to Køge golf club.

5 min from the water's edge

The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located home that I rent out when I'm staying in Ukraine or on vacation. The home is located about 1 km. within walking distance to the station, from which it takes about 30 minutes by train directly into the center of Copenhagen. The home is close to many shops, and about 1.5 km. distance to the beach. There are 2 single beds located in the room on the 1st floor with 2 mattresses on the floor. This is the only room that can be used as a bedroom when renting.
