Welcome to a lovely two-story villa apartment in Strøby Egede. An external staircase leads you up to the apartment's spacious roof terrace and main entrance. The apartment is spread over two floors with 85 m² on the 2nd floor and 21 m² on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. On the 3rd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an extra room with a single bed. The stairs are a bit steep and are less suitable for those with walking difficulties. To gode badeværelser, det ene ved poolen. Lokalerne som udlejes i underetagen er på i alt 125 m2 og består af stort køkken/alrum/opholdsstue to soveværelser, skabsgang og stort badeværelse. Desuden er der terrasse både oppe og nede, og fri parkering kan ske såvel oppe som nede i forhold til ejendommen.

Boligen ligger ca. 1 km. i gå-afstand til stationen, hvorfra det tager ca. 30. min med toget direkte ind til centrum i København. Boligen er en gæstebolig til hovedhuset hvor værten bor. Boligen er tæt på mange butikker, og ca. 1,5 km. afstand til stranden. Boligen består af en enkelt seng på hemsen, samt en seng der er 140 cm. i stuen.
