The nicest summer house a few meters from the sea

Cottage for rent We have decided to rent out our beautiful cottage located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a permanent connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the cottage is the tourist ferry Helge, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of a kitchen-dining-living room, 1 bathroom, entrance, bedroom, children's room and a rest area with a sofa bed. Large south-facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. In fact, there are only 10 meters down to your own beach and your own jetty, from which you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect stones and play, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, you can enjoy a shower under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view of Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). At sea, there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, porpoises and seals are seen. Everywhere is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only birdsong to break the silence. There are large forests a walk away. If you are interested in fishing, you can catch flatfish, trout, etc. from the jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that can be borrowed. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a beautiful Finnish sauna in wood, built by real Finns who even brought wood and a stove from Finland. Enjoy a dip in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family of max. 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We have no TV, but lots of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heat, in addition to a wood pellet stove. The price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked on arrival and departure and paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or in cash. Everything must be cleaned up/emptied and then cleaned by a cleaning company.

Smaller and quiet area. Close to the house, there is a playground by the water, as well as a bathing jetty. Several exciting activities close to the house. Good fishing opportunities, as well as outdoor washing for cleaning fish. Deposit 1,000 DKK Consumption of electricity and water is paid in addition to the rental price (DKK 3.50 per kWh of electricity and DKK 100 per m3 of water)

Cozy cottage house in Ulbølle Old Station's spacious garden. The cottage has a room with a loft, for people who can manage to use the hen ladder. Small kitchen and toilet with shower. Cowboy terrace with chill sofa and space to sit in dry weather. View of the church, close to Landsbyhaven and next to Ulbølle Aktivemødested with a nice playground, fire hut and pizza oven. Close to Ulbølle Brugs and on the beach. Midway between Svendborg and Faaborg. Denmark's most beautiful bike path to Svendborg starts just outside the cottage.

The cottage is a Norwegian log cabin of 60 m2 with grass on the roof. It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with stove, fridge and freezer, bathroom with shower and cozy living room with wood-burning stove. Covered terrace with rustic rustic. The cottage is located on a 3000 m2 undeveloped natural plot with tall trees and a fire pit. It is 800 meters to one of Denmark's best beaches with lovely white sand. There is firewood for the stove and fire pit. In the morning, you can often see wild game on the grounds.

Velkommen til vores nybyggede Tiny House. Idyllisk beliggende på stor ugenert grund med store træer og udsigt til skov Mark og folde med heste og køer. Tæt på strand ved Valdemars Slot. Du kan padle boarde, surfe eller slappe af. Det lille hus er bygget af min mand Søren med sans for detaljen. Slap af i vores lille hus og mærk livet i naturen. Velkommen til vores unikke anneks – et charmerende fristed i to etager, beliggende i et idyllisk bindingsværkshus på smukke Sydøstfyn. Her finder du ro, nærvær og landlig idyl. Annekset ligger kun 500 meter fra kysten og 1km fra børnevenlig badestrand. Huset er derudover omgivet af marker, skov og skøn natur. Cottage in the 1st row to the water

Relax in this unique and quiet home in the 1st row to the water, only 40 m from a quiet beach. The cottage is simply decorated in Nordic style and forms the perfect setting for a weekend away from the noise of the city. Here you can enjoy the beach, the quiet and the fields. The house is located on a small natural plot that is partially fenced right out to Denmark's longest dike, which allows for long walks and bike rides along the water.

Whether you arrive to our cottage from the sea in your kayak, are trekking by the Archipelago Trail (Øhavstien) or have come by car and have walked the few hundred meters with your luggage in the trolley available at your disposal, we are sure, that you will find this location breathtaking. Lovely, year-friendly summerhouse in scenic surroundings at Faaborg golf course, Svanninge hills and nature playground. The house is suitable for golf weekend in Svanninge. Enjoy the tranquility and nature in the house's large garden of 2500 km2 with several associated terraces as well as the look towards Faaborg, Horne and Faldsled. The grounds have uneven terrain and are not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Om sommeren ved 4 gæster er der spiseplads udendørs eller i orangeri 10 m fra hytten.

Håndvask og bad er i det nybyggede rum, hvor der også kan tages vand til kaffe, te og madlavning. Toilet er i vores hus. Der er videoovervågning på parkeringspladsen.

Newly renovated cottage at Hesselbjerg by Ristinge with outdoor wood-fired hot tub, sleeps 8, 300 meter to the best beach on Langeland (and Funen), 15 mbit internet, pets allowed. Hosts speak English (fluently) as well as Danish (native). For rentals less than 4 nights there is a fee for usage of the outdoor hot tub.
