There are cool mountain bike trails as well as forest trails and climbs for gravel/racers.

Beautiful and spacious cottage overlooking the sea, lake and open fields. Short distance to 18-hole golf course and fishing lake, as well as good outdoor space for play and fun for both children and adults. The house contains 3 bedrooms (as well as a sofa bed in the living room) and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a spa and a small sauna. There is a playground by the beach, a bathing and landing jetty for your boat and the possibility of fishing. 🔌 There is an electric car charger (self-paid). 💧 Electricity is settled separately upon departure.

A few minutes' walk from the water, lies this lovely, well-decorated and cozy cottage. The living room is decorated with many good furniture, table football and board games. The kitchen is well equipped with all technical aids. In the bedrooms there are double beds. In one of the two bathrooms there is a hot tub and the opportunity to go to the sauna. Towards the garden is a nice large terrace with a walkway around the whole house. The terrace also has a covered area where there is room to sit and eat and enjoy the garden.

The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

You'll love my place because of the coziness, tranquility, outdoor spa and lots of practical equipment that makes everyday life easier but still lots of cottage coziness. There is an electric car charger at the house. Electricity is DKK 4.5 per KWh. Settled after departure, where it is also possible to purchase cleaning (DKK 500) 5 min. (by car) to the grocery store. 1 min. (walk) to the beach.
