Centrally located in Lyngby, with a short distance to Lyngby Lake, DTU, Lyngby center and only 5 minutes to the train, from which it takes 15 minutes to Copenhagen. Fantastic view from the balcony on the 7th floor (elevator). The apartment contains a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a living room with a good sofa bed for 2 adults, a nice kitchen-dining room with a new white kitchen, and not least a nice balcony overlooking the green areas around Lyngby and Bagsværd Lake. The apartment is not suitable for small children.

Everything is within walking distance, such as Tivoli, Strøget, Torvehallerne, with its large selection of food, wine and generally just a good atmosphere of people from Denmark and a lot of tourists. The apartment itself exudes personality and functions as a private home, where you are in direct contact with people who either walk or cycle by and not least the many runners who use the lakes as a breathing space for their exercise.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.
