Our house is in the countryside by lake Ringsjön in south Sweden. The place is ideal for couples or young families who enjoy the outdoors. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!

It is located in the modern historical district "Carlsberg city" where was the Carlsberg old brewery area, Niels Bohr's old house is also located here. Svarte is easily reached by train or car from Malmö, Copenhagen, CPH Airport etc. The house offers all modern amenities, in a chilled out environment with great activities at your door step. The surroundings offer rolling fields, beach meadows, beautiful sandy beaches, castles, cozy villages, nice towns such as Ystad, Simrishamn etc. Nearby Österlen offers many nice excursions and activities.
