Small cozy fishing lodge with beach plot and stunning views of the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

At Wilson Park you live 10 minutes walk to the center of Helsingborg with parking outside the house. Here you live in a street house from the beginning of the 1900s with a feeling of old meeting new. The house was completely renovated in 2022 and has a high standard. The rear of the property features a fenced area with two lovely balconies, 50.30 sqm, equipped with all amenities. Grill, sun loungers, seating for 10 people. A newly installed hot tub is available and can be booked during the stay for a fee.

You have possibility of free parking, and you can easily self check-in. This is a budget-friendly house. 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds, one double bed and two folding beds. For transparency, the place is not perfect yet, we want to renovate later. The doors and some switches are old, also the wallpaper (but newly painted). See phos. 5 min drive from the airport, also close to Copenhagen center. You can find a very good pizzeria + bakery across the street. 😊 4 brandnew single beds, never used.

We have room for 7 guests in our lovely townhouse with garden and carport. Free WiFi and SmartTv with internet access. The kitchen has everything it takes, and the bathroom has loads of bath towels, shampoo and paper. Fresh bed linen for all guests. Our place is ideal if you visit Copenhagen by car(!). It takes 15 mins to reach City Center and 20 mins to the airport. Enjoy the hectic city during the day and then relax in quiet surroundings in Herlev. Fancy an espresso... or a latte :-)
