Directly behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer directly at the garden fence with some luck.

My apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the lively and popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.

My apartment is a 10-minute walk from downtown. The bedroom is quietly located without car or tram noise. The apartment is in the attic and the living room with balcony faces south. Parking is easily available free of charge on the surrounding streets.
