This is a stylish conversion of a cozy settler's house with a romantic view of a dilapidated barn and a beautiful forest and meadow backdrop. The detached house with a garden invites you to relax by the fireplace or in the hammock. It is also an ideal starting point for day trips – there are swimming lakes (5 minutes away), cycling and hiking trails, and a cozy beer garden nearby. The city center of Leipzig can be reached in about 20 minutes by train or car

Charming attic apartment, close to the city center

A small (45m2), charming and centrally located attic apartment in the east. Shopping, nice cafes, pubs and parks are right around the corner. You can comfortably reside here for two, but in case of doubt also fold out the sofa (110x200cm) and a mattress (80x200cm). A small dishwasher is also in the kitchen, so no stress with dishes. There are outdoor blinds in the bedroom and living room, then it is pitch black for sleeping. When in doubt, just ask:)

Cool apartment in a cool location with many restaurants in the closer. Gas station is only open 24/7 for 5 minutes. 15-20 min walk to the center. Supermarket Kaufland and Rewe. Equipped with wifi and Netflix. Washing machine too. It is warm and there are more bedding than shown in photos. Heating and hot water of course are available

Very close to the bustling railway road and yet far enough away to have your peace and quiet at night. With us, there is everything you need to live, after all, we live here ourselves. On the third floor you have a lot of light all day and the balcony invites you to relax. For allergy sufferers: we have a dog who does not shed.
