Cozy guest house of 50 sqm in beautiful and quiet nature, with bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom as well as terrace. There is a sea view and 200 meters to the sandy beach and forest 600 meters from the house. The bedroom offers a double bed and a small desk with a chair. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with room for 2 adults, an armchair and a TV. If there are 5 of you, an extra guest bed can be arranged. There is also a baby cot and high chair. There are 7 km to Nyborg, 23 km to Odense and the highway at Nyborg is 7 minutes from the house by car.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The glamping tent is spacious and stylishly decorated with comfortable beds, soft bedspreads and a cozy atmosphere. The tent is equipped with heaters, so you can enjoy your stay, regardless of the weather. You will also find a private bathroom near the tent. At the glamping tent, you also get a private terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or end the day with a glass of wine. If the weather does not improve, there is the option to move into the barn, where the living room and small kitchen can be found.

The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.

This large, tasteful and elegantly decorated ***** residence with atrium courtyard is located in the middle of the charming and lively trading town of Kerteminde, only 30 m from Lillestrand, where the old fishing environment is preserved and within walking distance of two of Funen's best beaches, cozy marina and many restaurants. Kerteminde also offers attractions and activities such as the Fjord & Bæltcentret. Great Northern Golf Course. Holiday home of 90 m², completely renovated.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Cossy, authentic, non smok summer house with a huge terrace and great ocean view. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.

Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.
