Cozy older wooden house of 52 sqm. There are 4 kayaks and a small rowing boat, which can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. There is a gas grill on the terrace. 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on a ship's bunk. Remember fishing rod for catching trout, garfish and mackerel. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

Mini cabin in great surroundings. You will have a newly built cabin that is fussy about the details. When you wake up, you'll have views from your bed to a large lake with plenty of bird and fish life. You can walk down to the lake or have breakfast on the terrace. In the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine or water under the starry sky. Due to the fact that there is no light pollution in the area, the brightest starry sky can be seen when it's cloudless. There is both a bathroom and a toilet in the cabin. Cleaning is included in the price.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

The house is ideal for family fun, days by the beach and in the garden. The deer come to visit the garden, where the fire pit draws on long summer evenings. Inside are 3 rooms for 2, 2 and 4 pers respectively. The house can be heated in winter also via heat pump and wood-burning stove. There are table tennis tables, 2 kayaks and bicycles for free use. Hiking route 106 almost goes right past the house and cozy Nykøbing Sj. is just 3.5 km away.
