In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. We have just lovingly completely renovated this cottage with the number 7/3 here and now it awaits you! The pretty vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. There is also a nice private terrace. It is partly covered. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

After a relaxing day in the spacious garden or an extended sunbathing on the property's own jetty or even a canoe trip, end the day with a glass of wine on the large covered terrace in the evening.

A house in no where. Rest, view and lots of water around. The right house for a weekend or a week in the countryside. For families and couples, the cut is ideal, rather less for groups of friends. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).

We rent our nice small cottage 27m2, 2min walking distance from Wandlitzsee to beach 3min to Surfyng club about 5 min, 500m from Wandlitzsee station. Bakers, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes nearby WiFi is not available everywhere. Small but nice cottage just behind the Berlin city limits for rent in the middle of the countryside. By car or bus, you can reach Berlin Spandau train station or Spandau Brauhaus in about 25 minutes.
