The apartment has an entrance on the ground floor, a steep staircase to the 1st floor living room and the 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms. 300 meters from the house is the ferry to the beautiful South Funen islands.

The house is close to the train station, light rail and pedestrian street 📍 The common garden is shared with the front house. Playground a few meters away. Our newly renovated townhouse is located on a small street just a short walk from Assens city center with cafes, restaurants, cinema and the venue Tobaksgaarden. You are also close to scenic areas such as Helnæs, and within walking distance you will find several swimming-friendly beaches where you can be lucky to spot porpoises.

There are newly built bicycle and walking paths - about 20 minutes walk to Odense harbor, Odense city center and Odense University Hospital - about 10 minutes walk to TV2.

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can choose to cook for yourself or visit the city's many good eateries. Svendborg's cozy city and harbor environment as well as beautiful nature with forest and beach invite you to an eventful and relaxing holiday.

Townhouse in ❤️ Af Juelsminde

Here you get a taste of the charming "old" Juelsminde. The house was built in 1929. In the front shop, I run a small cozy hairdressing salon, and in the “house” garage, our adult daughter runs a flower shop🌺, while the newly renovated back house + first floor houses the 74 m' holiday home. In the flowery garden, there are two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecue can be enjoyed in sunshine.
