Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

A beautiful and ecological apartment in the countryside awaits you. Surrounded by flowers, fruit trees, raspberries and sheep is the house on the Huntedeich. The furnishings are simple, but loving. The apartment covers the entire first floor. With private bathroom and views on 2 sides. You have 2 beds that can also be used as a double bed, two pull-out sofa beds, each 1.40 m wide and a private kitchen. To the rear, you have a balcony with private access to the garden.

Our holiday home on Einsteinstrasse in Oldenburg offers everything for a relaxing stay: 4 cozy bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms (one with bathtub) and a living room with TV. The fully equipped kitchen has SodaStream, coffee machine, tea, microwave and cooking utensils. Enjoy the terrace with garden and gas grill, practical bicycle storage facilities and the carport parking space directly in front of the house. Free WiFi is available throughout the house.

The "Hühnerstall" is a small guest house in a spacious garden with many old trees and offers space for couples, but also four adults or a family. Everywhere in the garden there are shady places for the adults to linger and overgrown secret corners and play opportunities for the little ones. A swivel grill with a fire pit invites you to evening campfires on the terrace. The adjacent house is currently empty, so you have the garden all to yourselves.

My place is close to Bremen, Bremerhaven, Brake. Discounted VBN taxis can be ordered at fixed times. Downtown Bremen is about 30 minutes by car. Bremen Airport is about 40 minutes by car. Pick-up can be arranged. Surroundings in absolute nature, in the neighborhood a farmer with fresh milk and a figurehead carver, outdoor space without end, barbecuing on the beach with fantastic sunsets, suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Experience and discover a very special overnight stay in our rustic feel-good barrels in the 'Kuhlen Auszeit'. In the middle of nature on a green meadow, 3 cozy wooden barrels, a sauna, a grill cottage and sanitary facilities await you, framed by old trees overlooking the farm, where cattle graze relaxed in the pasture. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.
