Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Haus Prerow - Apartment with charm

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the center. Within 20 minutes, you can be with the public transport at Alexanderplatz. Offeni's and shopping centers are within walking distance. It's set in a quiet home settlement in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a studio apartment with bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and, if necessary, a crib. Free parking is available.

This is the flat I live in and it is not a hotel or a holiday apartment! I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! Our lovely apartment is in an attic of a beautiful house built at the end of XIX century. It is a very bright and modern place with a creative flair. The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).

Loft in the old factory

We have renovated our unique loft in recent years with great attention to detail. We have taken great care to preserve the original factory style and reinterpret it in a cosy way. Nearby are shops, bars, the beautiful Orankesee lake with its beer garden and restaurant, as well as parks for walking or strolling. The nearest railway station can be reached in two to three minutes and you can explore Berlin from here.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin.
