My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Es liegt in einer ruhigen Eigenheimsiedlung mitten in Berlin. Haus Prerow ist ein Einzimmerapartment mit Bad und Dusche und befindet sich separat auf unserem Grundstück. Wir stellen Euch einen Kühlschrank, einen kleinen Ofen, eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher und bei Bedarf auch ein Babybett zur Verfügung. Kostenloses Parken möglich

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).

The nearest railway station can be reached in two to three minutes and you can explore Berlin from here.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich gestaltet, Angela ist sehr freundlich, alles hat wunderbar geklappt! Die ruhige Lage im Hinterhof und die Nähe zur Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr praktisch.

Wir haben gute und hilfreiche Tipps für unsere Unternehmungen erhalten. Der Kontakt zur Familie war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir durften die Küche mitbenutzen und uns auch an ihrer Kaffeemaschine bedienen. DANKE nochmals. Auch die Unterstellung der Fahrräder stellte kein Problem dar. Die Lage ist mitten im Grünen ruhig und totz Großstadt und es sind nur wenige Meter zur Straßenbahn Haltestelle.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sabine’s lovely home. Tucked away in a peaceful neighbourhood slightly outside the city centre, the location offered the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience. Public transport—both bus and tram—was just a short walk away, making it easy to access the heart of the city and explore the surroundings. The bedroom, toilet/shower room, and kitchen are flawlessly clean. Sabine was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and always ready to help with thoughtful guidance and local tips. Her communication was prompt and clear, and her hospitality truly made the stay feel special. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, and well-connected base in the area.
