Sommartid finns pool och vintertid bjuder det på två kaminer, vedeldad bastu och vedeldad hot tub. Grillplats, parkering, stor grönyta och nära till skog och mark. Öppen yta på botten plan med vardagsrum och kök. Toalett, badrum och 5 sovrum på botten. 3 öppna mezzanin våningar med flygande trappor till 3 sovrum. Här är mysigt att vara året runt, på vinterhalvåret stannar man gärna hemmavid och njuter av bastu och varmt bad, eller varför inte ett iskallt morgondopp i den närliggande sjön? På sommaren är cykeltur Bosarpasjön 3 km bort det givna valet!

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.
