an absolutely wonderful spacious and lovely house in the serene south of Sweden, equipped with everything you need (and more :-)), with a lot of great details. modern furniture, upkept garden, barbecue and modern apple technology. would highly recommend if you need a time out in the middle of nowhere but close to the ocean!

It is always a pleasure to stay at Källbacken. It is a wonderful house with a nice garden. Malin and Christian are very kind and caring hosts. It hopefully was not the last time that we have stayed in this house!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay Teres and Erik’s place. They were super accommodating hosts, they even picked us up from the train station in Svedala despite their busy schedules. We enjoyed our time in the beautiful surroundings with the friendly neighbor cat and even walked to a local bakery they recommended. Overall amazing experience!

The second time I've stayed in this lovely house. The fact that people return to the same accommodation says a lot about the accommodation. This stay was as pleasant as the first; incredibly nice house, plot with beautiful views of the sea in a perfect location on Österlen. Hard to beat!

The reception was extremely warm. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom extremely lovingly, completely and functionally furnished. The very well-kept and large garden offers many different accommodation options. We couldn't try everything and use everything in the 4 days. Unfortunately, the living room, bedroom and kitchen, bathroom and toilet are separated by a courtyard, which is not very practical.

The house and its location, in a small place, surrounded by fields, not far from the varied beaches, is incredibly beautiful. The light in the region and in the spacious, bright house is so exceptional that you immediately feel like visiting the place even in all other seasons. We felt very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

We were 8 adults and 4 children in Nadja's accommodation. We enjoyed it and there was plenty of space. Clean and fresh. All the comfort spaces were renovated and nice. The surroundings were peaceful and felt private and secluded. Grateful for the weekend and will gladly come back

We had a really wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is peacefully overlooking the forest and the sound of the sea in the background – and with several cozy spots outside where you can enjoy everything. The terrace is a highlight, just as the location of the spa close to both bathroom and entrance is really convenient. The house itself is tastefully decorated with a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lighting both outside and inside. However, you should be aware of the sleeping conditions: There are two bedrooms with double beds, four beds in the loft and a sofa bed in the living room. The third bedroom is outside the house itself – but under the terrace, so you can walk the dry shoes between room and house, but you just have to wear shoes. For us, with teenagers, it worked perfectly and it also works fine if you're three couples, so there's some privacy for everyone. Great and responsive host who ensured everything was smooth. All in all a really nice place and super host that we can highly recommend

Great in every way. We visited Åhus for the beach handball festival and the house was great for our families. Great bedrooms and not least super socializing spaces. Spacious, very nice and good in every way. And a super nice and helpful host on it as well as nice treatment upon arrival. 10/10!

The house is nice and quiet, it is only a few minutes drive to Kivik or Vitemölla. The house is very clean, everything is equipped as described, the garden with the terrace is super nice. We felt very comfortable as a family of 4 with a dog and spent a nice time there. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful house with stunning views with the sea in front of you! The house is very tastefully decorated with all you need. Grab a bottle of champagne and relax meters away from the water, there are great chairs etc for the outdoor area! We can assure you, you‘re jaw will drop when you arrive! Jacob is a great guy, helpful and very friendly.

How lucky can you be 🤗 I needed a place for my children and grandchildren at Pentecost, I was a little late, 😊 it happened, I looked around a bit and …… there it was, my closest neighbor, well 500m away, but perfect. As a great Danish adventure poet writes, where the road bends. A nice old farm, carefully restored, with an eye for detail, 500m along the river, through the peace forest to perhaps Denmark's largest waterfall and close to the sanctuary rocks and caves into the underground, so be careful 🌿 A wonderful experience that I can only recommend 🤗 With gratitude, Holger

Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings! Clean, fresh and spacious for a family with children. The pool and the large balcony were an extra plus! Easy to get to different destinations along the east coast. Highly recommend!

This should definitely be a rare find and guest favorite. The house is beautiful and I definitely felt at home. Even though it is June, it is still cold in Sweden and Amin made a special trip to turn on the heat for us at night. I very highly recommend this place. The parking is 1 meter from the door making unloading and loading your car very easy. If I could have I would have added an unscheduled extra night because the place was so comfortable

the stay at the farm was incredible. We were a large group and there was space for everyone, and the house offers many great options for entertainment. The pool is larger than it looks in the pictures and, thanks to the "greenhouse" roof, the water gets very warm! Johan was also very responsive and offered many very nice tips on where to go also to enjoy the local produce!

A very large and well-equipped house, plenty of room for a large family. We visited during the winter, and enjoyed the Pulkabakke at Frostavallen. Would definitely consider revisiting during the summer :)

We had a great week at the house in July 2024. Everything was very tidy and well arranged before and after the stay. It's safe and easy to be a guest here! Day responded quickly to all our questions and was of great help when we needed it. Staffanstorp is a good starting point for discovering Skåne, and only a 15 min. drive to both Lund and Malmö. The small town has everything you need, with many shops, charging facilities, pharmacy and much more. We highly recommend this place and Dag and will be happy to come again.

Had a wonderful week with our family in this nice house! Everything was available. The children could swim and we could relax outside. Lots of space, indoors and outdoors.

A cute, well furnished apartment with a great value for money. With a short walk you are by the sea. It's a very exciting, rocky coast. If you walk along the beautiful coastal path, you can reach a beautiful sandy beach in 15 minutes. We would come back.
