New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

There is direct access to a cozy, undisturbed courtyard, which connects the house to the annex. The annex has a bedroom and a toilet with a sink. The cottage has the nicest cobblestone courtyard with sun loungers, lounge furniture, dining area and barbecue. From the courtyard there is a walkway to the beach.

The cottage is located on Hasmark beach 50m from the water. The cottage is comfortably furnished with a spacious living room with alcove and panoramic window from the living room. From the living room you get access to the large, partially covered wooden terrace and the modern kitchen. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, bathroom (whirlpool and sauna) and a guest toilet. There are internet, 2 older bikes, aircondition and a high chair.
