We were 9 people and had two nights in Alexandra's beautiful house. Everything we needed was available. We were particularly pleased with the modern equipped kitchen, the possibility to visit the sauna. In the evening, we sat by the open campfire and talked. Was nice and romantic. Alexandra as a host was great: she responded quickly to our questions, gave advice on what to see and experience in the region, what shopping opportunities there are in the area. We were very satisfied with the stay at Alexandra's house and would also recommend it.

Super cozy house in a great location. There is everything you need and you have a small piece of nature right in front of the window. You can quickly reach the beach on foot and Usedom by car. We and our children enjoyed the time very much. Thank you :)

I was traveling with my daughter, she was preparing for the interview for the University of Greifswald. The space was perfect for that. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and walked a lot. Dirk had heated the house and we could enjoy the first evening. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place to be, totally relaxed and very beautiful.

A really great accommodation for groups of up to 10 people. The facility left nothing to be desired. Ideal for groups who want to explore the surrounding area by bike! Stralsund, Greifswald and Rügen are ideal day trip destinations. The contact with our landlord was very pleasant. We will definitely recommend this address and will be happy to come back!!

The house is something special - both from the outside and from the inside. It was built in the style of a Scandinavian wooden house and is surrounded by a very well-kept garden with a furnished terrace. The room layout is successful and the interior is stylish and tasteful, at the same time very cozy and comfortable - a house to feel good! The area is quiet, yet you can be at the beach or in Zinnowitz with many restaurants and shops in just a few minutes.

Beautiful room with kitchen, large enclosed terrace and open balcony with views of the Baltic Sea. A very nice location in the old town of Sassnitz. As the day rises very early in summer, a curtain falling down to the bottom in the kitchen corner would be a good idea. The room smelled a little like tobacco when we came home every day. I think it was the neighbors who did not respect the smoking ban. After aeration, it was better. Another refreshing idea would be to change the carpet. But all this did not hinder the great pleasure of spending a few days at Villa Maria!

We had a very nice few days. Putbus is a good starting point to explore the island. The accommodation is super clean, tastefully decorated - very spacious and the garden offers many places to relax. Matteo's tips were very helpful and he responded immediately when we had a question. We will be happy to come back.

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, as shown in the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing football with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... We had a very nice few days in the small apartment directly on the sea! It was modernly furnished and superbly equipped. Perfect for relaxing even in moderate weather.

We had wonderful days in this apartment in Sassnitz. The apartment is beautiful, modern and at the same time cozy, equipped with everything you can imagine. We spent a very relaxing and slow week in the pretty little apartment and were able to explore the wonderful surroundings extensively. We felt comfortable from the beginning in the lovingly furnished apartment, especially nice was the sunny location and the small terrace to also be able to eat outside. Fantastic place to unwind - we'll be back! We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment right on the water! The private beach access with the beach chairs was a real highlight - pure relaxation. The apartment is lovingly furnished, you have to orient yourself a bit because of the ceiling height, but after a day or two you know exactly where to watch out. The kitchen was super equipped, we lacked nothing. The contact with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated – you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The Lauterbach harbor with small restaurants is within walking distance, and those who like to walk can also relax and walk to Putbus. The parking facilities directly at the property are great. We liked it so much that we immediately asked for next year - that says it all 😊

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

A great, relaxing stay, the apartment perfectly and tastefully furnished, Michael always quickly reachable. The apartment is super centrally located to the train station, city center, supermarket. The only slight limitation for us was the mattress, a bit too soft for us, but the bed linen was light and cuddly, especially in summer. Overall a top address, highly recommended!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We can only agree with the previous reviews, a bright, cozily furnished apartment overlooking the marina and a very friendly and fast communication with Andreas. We can also highly recommend this apartment for a longer stay. The kitchen integrated in the living room is well equipped, the beds very comfortable and a large bathroom. It was the most beautiful holiday we've ever had in Germany. Great place to stay, with a lot of love for detail. Super beautifully landscaped garden that was allowed to be used. Wonderful peaceful nature and attractions in the surrounding area. The two live in the house, but were hard to hear. It was definitely not the last visit there. Worth mentioning are also the great recommendations that lie in the accommodation.
