Beautiful and spacious cottage overlooking the sea, lake and open fields. Short distance to 18-hole golf course and fishing lake, as well as good outdoor space for play and fun for both children and adults. The house contains 3 bedrooms (as well as a sofa bed in the living room) and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a spa and a small sauna. There is a playground by the beach, a bathing and landing jetty for your boat and the possibility of fishing. 🔌 There is an electric car charger (self-paid). 💧 Electricity is settled separately upon departure.

The house among the trees - Wild on purpose

In the small forest close to the water, we have found space between the trees for a cottage, with an annex, outdoor room, wilderness bath, sauna and fireplace. The house is from the late 70s, but was last renovated and upcycled in 2022, with an emphasis on upcycled. For us, it has been important to preserve the cottage atmosphere, without too many killer solutions. Cozy central townhouse from 1880 with wilderness bath in the closed sunny farm. Decorated with many flexible sleeping arrangements. The house is furnished with a living room with dining area and sofa arrangement on the ground floor and TV and living room in the basement. On the 1st floor there are two rooms. Suitable for two (close) families with children or families traveling together for generations. The townhouse is located right up the city park and a few minutes walk from the pedestrian street, supermarkets and the harbor.

Placergården - paradise on earth

Placergården is a sanctuary and a pocket of time where everything breathes peace and idyll. Far out in the countryside, close to the forest and beach and with birdsong and starry skies. There is plenty of space both inside and outside; for relaxation, play and socializing. The farm is not modernized and is not streamlined in its design. On the contrary, it is a "playhouse" that represents a contrast to a busy everyday life: Things work, but are not fancy, and the decor is a bit kitschy. If you can relax in it, you're on vacation!

The area offers Langeland's Fort, wild horses, stone cairns, Bronze Age mounds, and just 400 meters from the house is Langeland's Golf Course or Langeland's Lystfiskersø.

Located centrally by Rudkøbing Harbor and 5-10 minutes walk to the center. On the ground floor we find a large entrance hall, bathroom and 2 rooms. In addition, there is a large living room/kitchen as well as a pool and spa area. The first floor consists of a smaller repos and 5 bedrooms with their own bathroom. We reserve the right to charge a deposit.
