The apartment has 2 bedrooms with twin beds + a living room with a coachbed for two people and a balcony. Kitchen and bath with wash.machine and dryer. The location is great close to Boxhagener Platz. The area has lots of charm and beautiful buildings from the beginning of the 19th century. Simon Dachstrasse is just a 2-minute walk away with cafes, rest. and shops. We have easy selfcheck in - a keybox left of the main entrance door. Check in is after 3:00 pm and check out is latest by 10:00 am.

It is located on the ground floor of an old Berlin apartment building with direct access to Schreinerstraße. We have lovingly furnished the apartment with wooden furniture and plants. A large double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2 m and a comfortable sofa bed for two people offer a restful night.
