Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Relax in peaceful surroundings in a cozy, bright cottage. The garden is fully fenced so dogs can be off-leash. Relax in the garden, barbecue on the terrace, or take a walk in the area. Located on a quiet road. Approximately 300 meters to the public bathing jetty and stony beach. With the protected nature of Ådalen, there are lovely hiking trails and beautiful surroundings along the sea. The house is small but charming, in true cottage style. 5 minutes by car to grocery stores, 45 minutes from Copenhagen, approximately 20–25 minutes from Roskilde, Holbæk and Lejre.

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Relax with the family in this cozy home. The house is located at the end of a closed road with its own driveway and large garden. While the adults relax on the terrace, the children can play on the trampoline or in the playhouse. Should you feel like a dip, the house is about 300 meters from Roskilde Fjord, with a swimming bridge and mini beach for the little ones. Gas grill on the terrace. 1 bedroom with a NEW double bed (160 cm) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on the ship's bunks. Remember your fishing rod. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.
