In the center of town and the beach it is only about a 10-minute walk or 5 minutes by bike. The highlights of the spacious apartment are the sunny south-west balcony with lake view and the fireplace. The spacious layout of about 90 m² and the bright complete furnishings ensure your well-being throughout the stay.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Enjoy the Lohme apartment in wonderful Binz. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic villa, just 50 meters from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation. In particular, the really large balcony stands out, where you can comfortably enjoy the sea air. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, which includes a real mattress and therefore equals a bed. Binz is waiting for you :)

Mehr Platz nötig - dann bucht meine neues 3-Raum Appartement No. 6 mit 80 qm, ebenfalls in der Villa Chloe.

Haus Charlotte liegt direkt in der verkehrsberuhigten Hauptstraße (Spielstraße) von Binz. An einem Ende schließt die Hauptstraße von Binz mit der Seebrücke ab, am anderen Ende in Verlängerung mit dem Schmachter See. Unser Haus selbst beherbergt 2 Ladengeschäfte, einen Modeladen und das Küsteneck, randvoll mit rügentypischem Souveniers. Viele Geschäfte säumen die Hauptstraße.
