A beautiful apartment large for Binzer standards in the residential area with a small playground in front of the door. The parking space is also located directly in front of the house, as well as a bicycle storage room. The apartment is modernized in a modern style and, in addition to comfort, immediately offers the feeling of having arrived at home. Away from the crowds and yet close. The apartment has a beautiful practical kitchen and offers all the comfort you need. The new bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower.

Die „Kleine Kammer“ ist Teil eines über 300 Jahre alten, familiengeführten Reetdachhauses – ein Ort voller Geschichte, Ruhe und Meerluft. Sie geht über zwei Etagen und bietet Landhausflair mit großer Küche, niedrigem Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern. Die Einrichtung ist bewusst einfach gehalten. We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. The modern shower bath also has a washing machine and the entire studio has a floor heating Enjoy the sunshine on the porch or in the garden

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

Enjoy the Lohme apartment in wonderful Binz. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic villa, just 50 meters from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation. In particular, the really large balcony stands out, where you can comfortably enjoy the sea air. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, which includes a real mattress and therefore equals a bed. Binz is waiting for you :)

Modern and practically furnished 2-room apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, not far from the beaches and the center with restaurants, as well as a supermarket, bakery and small shops. It is about 5 minutes' walk to the famous pier or to the north beach and about 10 minutes to the south beach. The apartment is located in a very quiet and central location on Luftbadstraße.
