Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

The villa in the thatched countryside by the sea offers tranquility, luxury and relaxation. Breakfast on the terrace can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle. There is a Weber grill for barbecue evenings. The living room offers a fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth system. Two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds and offer plenty of storage space.
