Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung. Zum Strand sind es keine 10 Minuten Fußweg. Weitere 10 Minuten Spaziergang auf der Strandpromenade steht man vor der Seebrücke - im Zentrum des Ostseebades. Verschiedene Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker und Baumarkt befinden sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Der IC Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Sonnenterrasse, die Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.

We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. The modern shower bath also has a washing machine and the entire studio has a floor heating Enjoy the sunshine on the porch or in the garden

The non-smoking apartment is 28 m² small, but well equipped. It has a small kitchen corner, a dining area with possible sleeping space and a shower room. In the room there is space for a 1.80 m bed. You can bring your own towels and linen or rent for €5 per person. The one-time final cleaning includes a parking space for a car. In front of the apartment is a terrace only for your use. The apartment is not heatable and therefore only for rent from June to September.
