Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Oplev bondegårdsferie med dyr, ro og gode madoplevelser. På vores firlængede gård kan børnene hente æg, møde geder, killinger, kaniner og grise og gå på opdagelse. I gårdbutikken er der friskbagte surdejsbrød, gårdhonning og nylagte æg. Vi har bordtennis, bordfodbold og dart i vores hyggelige lade. Om aftenen kan I lave pizza i den brændefyrede stenovn og nyde gårdspladsen med et glas af vores håndbryggede fadøl. Et unikt familieophold på landet, tæt på strand, havn og hyggelige Karrebæksminde.

Tasteful guest house with forest and beach as neighbors

Close to the large forest area at Gjorslev Manor is "Bakkeskov", which is a beautiful and cozy 4-wing farm. The guest house is in the original barn building, which, after a thorough renovation, has achieved a fantastic transformation. Visible beams and idyllic stable windows preserve the authentic look of a former barn. Our lovely cottage with room for 8 people is rented out in the summer (when we are not using it ourselves. Only 4 rentals). 4 bedrooms, 4 good beds and 2 bathrooms. Nice enclosed garden, lovely large outdoor room with dining area, beach ground with bathing jetty (300 m) here is room for fun at tables. 2 bedrooms are in a small annex. As well as one bathroom. Terrace and barbecue. In addition, covered terrace with lounge furniture. Sun loungers for 6 people. Not for rent to youth groups.

På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst.

Drying

In 2008, the old drying shed from Tostenæs sawmill was converted into a carpenter's workshop. Today, the end of the barn is a two-story vacation home. We live in our own house next to the workshop. From the holiday home there is in front of the kitchen and the living room a separate area with table, bench and small sandbox - if you go a little further there is a completely undisturbed garden to use. You also have this garden all to yourselves.
