New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

Huset tilbyder alle moderne bekvemmeligheder for den perfekte ferie, herunder stor 55" smart tv, vaskemaskine, tørretumbler og Wifi. Alt sammen styret af det intelligente IHC elinstallations system.

Beautiful old fisherman's house.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. Byen er i gåafstand fra sommerhuset ligesom områderne omkring sommerhuset byder på et væld af skønne naturoplevelser. Her kommer man helt ned i tempo og kan nyde udsigten, bade året rundt. Huset er ganske enkelt en særlig kystperle, som du kan opleve med masser af privatliv og ro.

New cozy house close to beach in beautiful nature

Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.

Modern interior. 10 minutes walk to the small harbour Mullerup Havn with a traditional diner. 80 minutes drive to downtown Copenhagen. In the months of July and August, we only rent out the house in 14-day periods.
