The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Beach house - near to train to Copenhagen.

Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Velkommen til vores hyggelige og moderne anneks i et roligt villakvarter i Solrød. Her kan I nyde fred, privatliv og afslapning, samtidig med at I bor tæt på både den dejlige sandstrand og København. Annekset har egen indgang, egen parkeringsplads, badeværelse og et hyggeligt opholdsrum, som er perfekt til både weekendophold og længere ophold. Der er sengetøj, håndklæder, shampoo mm, så I kan rejse let og bare nyde ferien. Der er et veludstyret køkkenområde med køleskab og vask.

Indkøbs mulighed i gå afstand, og 30 minuter kørsel til KBH centrum

Free parking, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed (140x200), a sofabed is available in the living room, bathroom with heated floor, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, free wifi & smart TV .

If you go the other way, it's a 10-minute walk down to our lovely sandy beach. Free parking at the station. In summer, noise from the street at night may sometimes be expected

Velkommen til dette charmerende hus i Solrød Strand lige ved siden af en fantastisk sandstrand og skov. Her kan I nyde naturens ro, havets brusen og fuglenes sang, alt sammen uden trafikstøj. Huset ligger 50 meter fra stranden og i gåafstand fra Solrød centeret, som byder på restauranter, butikker og alt hvad I skulle have brug for til en afslappende ferie.
