You've moved into Svendborg's Latin Quarter with the nicest view. If you start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, you can hardly detach yourself to experience the rest of the city. Stunning views of the wooden ship bridge with the archipelago ferry service from both the living room and the 1st floor. Lovely little garden and secluded terrace. But should you have time, the townhouse is one minute walk from the city center, cafes, restaurants, beach and bridge, ferries, train and bus. Min 2 days. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to stairs.

Lovely small town apartment with terrace in Svendborg C

At one end of the old Karetmagergaard from about 1777, you can stay right in the middle of the city and only 200 meters from Svendborg city center. You are close to city life, harbour, cultural life & the very special South Funen nature. The apartment has a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed and a double sofa bed can be made up in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, toilet and bath, and there is a small sunny terrace in the yard. There is 24 hours free parking on the road, and it is almost always possible to find a place.

You'll love my place because of the view of the water from every room and the huge terrace, from where you look down on the little beach with a fire pit. You will also enjoy barbecue while enjoying the view of the water, and with the new garden lounge, you have an extra room of 35 square meters. With beds (extra charge), you can accommodate 6 guests in three separate rooms. For anglers, it's just on with the waders and directly into the water - the trout are right outside the house. You're close to the bakery and Thurø's only place to eat.
