(Available if >2 adults). There is a small new kitchen with oven, 2 hobs, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine (free capsules). There is free access to the garden, gas grill, simple outdoor kitchen and the lakes. Fishing licenses can be purchased online for DKK 50. Located in scenic surroundings between 2 lakes, close to Odense.

Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, private beach property, quiet, undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion, and two wood-burning stoves for the cooler periods. Bring bedding and towels. Cleaning must be done. The house must be left in the same condition as received. Close to the forest, good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy yourself - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place in South Funen. Parties or other large events are not permitted.

Lige over Svendborgsundbroen overfor Svendborg ligger den hyggelige by Vindeby, hvor vi har vores skønne hus med en dejlig lukket have med plads til leg og hygge. Der er legeredskaber, fodboldmål og trampolin samt flere steder med borde og stole. Inde i huset er der også god plads. Der er 4 sovepladser fordelt på to senge/værelser samt mulighed for en weekendseng og en ekstra opredning på madras. Der er et veludstyret køkken med opvaskemaskine og spiseplads til seks voksne samt to højstole.

Hos os kommer I til at bo helt tæt på både centrum, lystbådehavn, badestrande og havnemiljøet omkring Svendborg Sund (5 min. til fods). Det charmerende hus fra 1900 på 170 m2 byder på tre lyse stuer en suite og stort spisekøkken. På 1. sal er der tre soveværelser (sengebredde: 180, 140, 120), og en skøn morgenterrasse. Fuld kælder med mulighed for ekstra opredning i værelse. I haven med frugttræer, buske og græsplæne finder I en aftenterrasse. Toilet/bad på alle etager. 2 parkeringspladser.

Tag hele familien med til vores rummelige bolig, med stor have og masser af plads til hygge. Nyd den overdækket terrasse med pejs eller have, hvor legehuset byder børnene velkommen i haven og bålstedet indgyder til hygge. Svendborg centrum er kun 15 min væk på gåben. 4 min til offentlig badested eller 3 min til lille græsareal med strand. Huset er i 3 plan med toilet og bad på hver etage. Værelserne er fordel på 1 etage og i høj tør kælder. Det er godt med plads til at være.

You will have the house "No. 1" all to yourselves, with a private and a shared courtyard. There are beds for 6 people, spread over 2 bedrooms, which are located on the 1st floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is both a heat pump and a fireplace for the cooler days. Bed linen, one towel per person, water and electricity, as well as final cleaning are of course included in the price.

Come and visit my beautiful family house in the middle of Svendborg. In the house there is room for play, coziness and lots of presence. I prioritize space and room for children, which is why the house is also decorated accordingly. My family-friendly house is located in a central spot within beautiful Svendborg. I offer a perfect resting spot for families exploring the archipelago of southern Denmark.

A whole house with plenty of facilities both inside and outside. 400 meters to both beach and forest. Svendborg city center, which is a really nice town, with lots of shops as well as cafes and restaurants, is about 1200 meters from our house. There are 5 sleeping places indoors, as well as 2 in the Shelter, see the pictures

Wonderful fully furnished home. 217 m2 in Tommerup City. Entrance hall, lovely rooms, kitchen with dining area, 2 bathrooms, large utility room, lounge and 27 m2 multi-purpose playroom. Lovely garden with terraces, shelter and fireplace. Close to grocery. Very family friendly.

Stor villa midt i byen, 100 meter fra gågaden

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Gågaden med butikker og restauranter ligger for enden af vejen. Strand med ishus og grill ligger 800 m. væk.
