The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 75, - (10€) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

House close to forest, beach and city

Cozy house with private terrace and access to large garden. There is direct access to the forest, where you can enjoy Svendborgsund in a 5-minute walk and a 15-minute walk to the swimming area by the strait. The house is a 10-minute bike ride from Svendborg city center. The house is a detached house, next to the main house, where the hosts live. The house has two bedrooms, a large bathroom and living room with a smaller, but fully functional kitchen. TV with Apple TV. 5 min. walk to shopping, where you can charge your electric car.

Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

Lyst og varmt hus, 1.5 km fra Svendborg centrum, med masser af grøn areal og en god udsigt. Der er to etager og alle tre soveværelser er på 1. sal. Badeværelset er i stue etagen. Der er en sydvendt terrasse og direkte adgang til en offentlig park med legeplads. Det tager 7 minutter at gå til vandet hvor der er en badebro og omklædnings faciliteter. 5 minutters gåtur til en lille skov. Busstop 100 m. Kælderen er udlejet permanent med egen indgang dvs. at vaskemaskinen og tørretumbleren er fælles.

I vil elske min bolig på grund af udsigten til vandet fra alle rum og kæmpeterrassen, hvorfra I kikker ned på den lille strand med bålsted. I vil også nyde at grille mens I nyder udsigten over vandet, og med den nye havestue har I fået et ekstra rum på hele 35 m2. Med opredninger (ekstra betaling) kan I være 6 gæster i tre separate værelser. For lystfiskere er det bare på med vaders og direkte ud i vandet - ørrederne står lige uden for huset. I er tæt på bageren og Thurøs eneste spisested.

Out in the countryside with high ceilings, our small annex of 43 sq. meters, with 1 bedroom, either 2 single beds or 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. In the living room, kitchenette with 2 burners, mini oven, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer, toilet with shower, private terrace with gas grill. The annex is located by the town's pond, close to water and forest, about 10 km from Svendborg and Rudkøbing.

Beautiful villa directly to Svendborgsund with its own beach and jetty, large garden with large terraces and 13 m2 beach house and indoor/outdoor dining areas with barbecue and pizza oven, on quiet residential road.
