Located between the airport (4 km) and the center of Copenhagen (5 km). Open environment where community is paramount. Cozy & simple living. Garden with trampoline. Close to shopping and public transportation. 0.6 miles to the Fields shopping center, great cafés and bakeries, and the Ørestad metro and train station. You are welcome the periods when we do not use the house ourselves 😊 I greet my guests the way I would like to be greeted 😊

Skansehage

Stay on a magical 150m2 houseboat in the middle of Copenhagen with 360° water views, private swimming ladder and 200 meters to the metro. Skansehage is a 32-meter-long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Large front decks and aft decks with urban farming, outdoor dining, and sunbathing. There are 5 meters to the ceiling inside with open living space with kitchen, dining and sleeping area. On the lower deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

For nature lovers who need (much) more comfort than a shelter, but are fine with outdoor toilet and shower. Close to the airport so not for those looking for absolute peace and quiet.
