Here, a newly renovated apartment is rented on the 1st floor — near Svendborg Centrum, the Archipelago Trail and much more. The apartment has its own entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x double bedrooms, WC & bath. Possibility of bedding in living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the strait there is also the possibility to sit outside and possibly light up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful labrador) on the ground floor.

The small charming log cabin is surrounded by the farm's apple garden, lake with ducks and fish, several terraces and an exciting garden filled with small nooks. A perfect way to stay in the middle of nature. Langholm is and has been a family farm for over 80 years and oozes nostalgia, coziness and good stories. The farm is close to shopping. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Staying in our 75 square meter holiday apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds flow in from the birds of the forest, the sea, and the sea. A scent of fresh sea air meets one's nostrils. Also, the light experiences our guests as something special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays on the surrounding islands, squeeze in to make sure you're not dreaming.

The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.
